摘要
隐身性能是新一代战机设计要求的重要指标,雷达隐身涂层由于吸波效果好、工艺简单、施工方便等特点,成为现代隐身技术的重要组成部分。涂层厚度作为隐身涂层施工过程的主要控制参数,直接影响产品的隐身性能和机械性能,因此隐身涂层的厚度检测至关重要。本文基于隐身涂层的材料属性及涂层测厚技术的现状,介绍了几种雷达隐身涂层测厚方法,阐述了各种测厚技术的测量原理、检测过程及应用与发展前景。并结合隐身技术发展需求,简要分析了隐身涂层测厚技术的发展趋势。
Stealth performance is an important index for the design requirements of the new generation of fighters.Radar stealth coating has become an important part of modern stealth technology because of its efficient absorbing effect,simple process and convenient construction.As a main control parameter of stealth coating construction process,coating thickness directly affects the stealth performance and mechanical performance of products.Therefore,the thickness detection of stealth coating with high-precision is extremely important.Based on the properties of stealth coating and the current situation of coating thickness measurement technology,several thickness measurement methods of radar stealth coating are introduced.The measurement principle,detection process,application and development prospect of various thickness measurement technologies are described.And combined with the development needs of stealth technology,the development trend of stealth coating thickness measurement technology is briefly analyzed.
