摘要
随着我国物流业的迅速发展,现代化仓储运输对工具的需求越来越大。目前市场上的仓储周转箱多为塑料材质和铁制,虽广泛应用,但塑料周转箱仍存在易破损、使用寿命短、不耐高温等缺陷,铁制周转箱存在自身重量大、漆面容易破损等问题。本次设计的铝合金仓储周转箱主要包括结构设计、二维图纸、强度模拟分析、工艺流程等内容,产品具有强度好、使用寿命长、可拆卸结构、减少对空间的占用等优点,还可通过拼接组合成不同尺寸规格,满足现代物流市场的发展趋势,具有很大的市场竞争力。
With the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,the demand for modern storage and transportation tools is increasing.At present,the storage turnover boxes in the market are mostly made of plastic and iron.Although they are widely used,the plastic turnover boxes still have defects such as easy damage,short service life and high temperature resistance.The iron turnover boxes have problems such as heavy weight and easy damage of paint.The designed aluminum alloy storage turnover box mainly includes structural design,twodimensional drawings,strength simulation analysis,process flow,etc.the product has the advantages of good strength,long service life,removable structure,reducing the occupation of space,etc.it can also be spliced and combined into different sizes and specifications to meet the development trend of modern logistics market and has great market competitiveness.
