茶树油饲料添加剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化及免疫性能的影响

Effects of Tea Tree Oil Feed Additives on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemistry and Immunity Performance of Broiler Chickens

摘要 为评价不同浓度茶树油添加剂对肉仔鸡生产性能、血清生化及免疫性能的影响,试验选用1日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只,分别在饮水中添加0、50、100、200、400、800、1600 mg·L^(-1)茶树油添加剂,试验期42 d。结果显示:①35日龄时,试验5、6两组肉仔鸡体重与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),试验6组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比(F􀏑G)与其他组间差异显著(P<0.05)。②14日龄时,各组肉仔鸡之间肌酐(CRE)指标无显著差异(P>0.05),试验3组谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);35日龄时,与对照组相比,各试验组血清白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标并无显著差异(P>0.05),CRE指标显著降低(P<0.05);所有试验组尿素(UREA)指标均低于对照组,试验1、4、6组与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);试验6组磷(P)、总蛋白(TP)、ALT指标显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。③各组间肉仔鸡脾脏指数无显著差异(P>0.05);试验6组心脏指数高于其他各组;试验5组肝脏、肺脏、肾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验4组肾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。④所有试验组肉仔鸡在42日龄时禽流感病毒(AIV)抗体水平皆高于对照组;35日龄时试验1、3组新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体水平高于对照组,42日龄时与对照组没有显著差异(P>0.05);42日龄时各试验组传染性法氏囊炎病毒(IBDV)抗体水平检测结果全部高于对照组。综上,使用低剂量茶树油添加剂能够促进肉仔鸡生长发育,增强免疫能力,提高抗体效价,建议添加浓度不超过200 mg·L^(-1)。 In order to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of tea tree oil additives on the production performance,serum biochemistry and immune performance of broiler chickens,1-day-old Ross 308 broiler chickens were randomly divided into seven groups with six replicates in each group and 15 in each replicate.The 0,50,100,200,400,800 and 1600 mg·L^(-1) tea tree oil additives were added to drinking water respectively for 42 days.The results showed that:①At the age of 35 days,the weights of broiler chickens in test groups 5 and 6 were significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed weight ratio(F:G)in test group 6 were significantly different from those in other groups(P<0.05).②At the age of 14 days,there was no significant difference in creatinine(CRE)among the broilers in each group(P>0.05).The level of glutamate aminotransferase(ALT)in the three groups was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).At the age of 35 days,compared with the control group,the indexes of serum albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in each experimental group had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the indexes of CRE decreased significantly(P<0.05).Urea(urea)indexes in all the test groups were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference among the test groups 1,4 and 6 and the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of phosphorus(P),the total protein(TP)and ALT in test group 6 were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in spleen index among broiler chickens(P>0.05).The cardiac index of test group 6 was higher than those of other groups.The indexes of liver,lung and kidney in test group 5 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The renal index of test group 4 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).④The antibody level of avian influenza virus(AIV)in all the experimenta
