摘要
介绍了烛式过滤器的工作原理,以及应用到氯化法钛白粉后处理工段的流程简述。氯化法钛白粉工艺在国内的装置相对较少,烛式过滤器用于回收后处理工段滤液和洗水中的钛白粉颗粒,应用效果良好。同时提出了工程设计的一些建议,并针对实际运行中出现的清液固含量高、排渣周期短等问题进行了研究,提出了解决措施。通过硬件及管理手段的优化,确保了烛式过滤器的连续平稳运行。
The working principle of candle filter and its application in the post-treatment of titanium dioxide by chlorination process are introduced.There are relatively few units in China for chlorination process of titanium dioxide.Candle filter is used to recover titanium dioxide particles from filtrate and washing water in the post-treatment section,and the application effect is good.At the same time,some suggestions of engineering design are put forward,and the problems of high content of clear liquid and solid and short period of slag discharge are studied,and the solving measures are put forward.Through the optimization of hardware and management means,the continuous and smooth operation of candle filter is ensured.
