基于DAB的ISOP型蓄电池测试电源控制策略 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统测试电源多采用单向能耗式结构,存在充放电测试速度慢、能耗高的问题,提出以双有源桥(DAB)作为基本模块的输入串联、输出并联(ISOP)型直流变换器构成测试电源,并在充电的不同阶段提出ISOP-DAB变换器的恒流控制和下垂限压控制策略;提出的基于DAB的ISOP型蓄电池测试电源可以提高充放电速度、降低能耗,同时避免采用工频变压器造成的测试装置体积大、质量大的问题。研究测试电源中ISOP-DAB变换器的工作原理和建模方法,得到ISOP-DAB变换器的小信号电路应用等效模型。对比ISOP-DAB变换器的输入均压控制策略,选择模块化控制方法进一步研究,实现多模块的输入均压和输出均流的同时兼顾实现分段充电方式。最后,通过仿真实验验证了所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problems of slow charging and discharging test speed and high energy consumption that traditional test power supply mostly adopts unidirectional energy consumption structure, a dual active bridge(DAB) is proposed as the basic module of input-series-output-parallel(ISOP) converter constitutes a test power supply, and at different stages of charging, the constant-current control and droop-voltage-limiting control strategy of ISOP-DAB converter are proposed. The proposed test power supply can improve the charging and discharging speed and reduce the energy consumption, and at the same time avoid the problem of large size and mass of the test device caused by the use of power frequency transformers. The working principle and modeling method of the ISOP-DAB converter in the test power supply were studied, and the equivalent model of the small-signal circuit was obtained. Compared with the input-voltage-sharing control strategies of ISOP-DAB converter, the modular control was selected for further research to realize the multi-module input-voltage sharing and output-current sharing while taking into account the realization of the segmented charging method. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulated experiments.
