摘要
硬脆材料在磨削加工中极易产生崩碎损伤,难以测控的崩碎损伤和高昂的加工成本制约了硬脆材料在众多领域的应用。本文综述了硬脆材料磨削加工崩碎损伤控制措施的发展与应用现状,总结了磨削参数控制法、辅助加热控制法、辅助支撑控制法与表层实时增韧法四种损伤控制措施,并分析了各措施的优缺点,展望了硬脆材料崩碎损伤控制措施的发展趋势。
Hard-brittle materials are prone to produce edge chipping in grinding.The edge chipping which is difficult to measure and control, and the high processing cost restricts the application of hard-brittle materials in many fields.In this paper, the development and application status of control measures for edge chipping in grinding of hard-brittle materials are reviewed.Four measures to reduce edge chipping are introduced including grinding parameter control methods, auxiliary heating control methods, auxiliary support control methods and real-time surface toughening methods, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed, and the development trend of control measures of edge chipping for hard-brittle materials is prospected.
