摘要
开展既有建筑绿色改造是我国城镇绿色化发展的需要。推动既有建筑绿色改造发展离不开市场要素、关系以及机制的协同作用,形成市场培育有效运行机制。概述了国外市场培育理论研究与实践动态,主要围绕EPC模式、风险共担、经济激励措施、宣传教育和节能技术创新等方面,通过解析我国既有建筑绿色改造市场培育现存问题,论述了我国既有建筑绿色改造市场培育机制优化与实践对策研究的重要意义。
To carry out the green transformation of existing buildings is the need of urban green development in China.To promote the development of green transformation of existing buildings is inseparable from the synergy of market factors,relations and mechanisms,so as to form an effective operation mechanism of market cultivation.This paper summarized the theoretical research and practice trends of foreign market cultivation,mainly focusing on EPC mode,risk sharing,economic incentive measures,publicity and education,energy-saving technology innovation and other aspects.By analyzing the existing problems of China’s existing building green transformation market cultivation,this paper discussed the significance of China’s existing building green transformation market cultivation mechanism optimization and practical countermeasures.
