摘要 介绍了风电制动器缸体在试制过程中出现的碎块状石墨及心部缩松缺陷,对其产生的原因进行了大量的分析。通过优化熔炼工艺和球化工艺、更换球化剂种类以及调整原材料的使用等措施,消除了碎块状石墨;通过加大冒口模数、采用边压力控制冒口、实现顺序凝固等措施,解决了心部缩松问题。最后指出:(1)在采用高纯生铁和优质废钢的条件下,纯净的铁液可少用或者不用含稀土的球化剂;(2)消除厚大截面球墨铸铁件心部的缩松,要充分利用石墨化膨胀的自补缩作用,做好浇冒口系统的设计,最好遵循顺序凝固的原则。 The chunky graphite and central shrinkage porosities of wind power brake cylinder block occurring in trial production process were introduced,their formation reason were extensively analyzed.By optimizing melting process and nodularizing process,changing nodularizing alloy,and adjusting raw materials usage,the chunky graphite was eliminated.By increasing riser modulus,using side pressure control riser,realizing directional solidification,the central shrinkage porosities were eliminated.Finally pointed out:(1)Under the condition when using high purity pig iron and high quality steel scrap,for the pure iron liquid it was possible to use nodularizing alloy containing less or no RE.(2)In order to eliminate central shrinkage of heavy section nodular iron castings,it was necessary to fully use the self feeding effect of graphitization expansion,properly design gating and riser,and adopt directional solidification.
