摘要
对异步电机故障进行分析和诊断,可以减少停机时间和维护成本.在键合图理论的基础上,提出将线性分式变换和诊断键合图模型结合的故障诊断方法.首先,搭建异步电机键合图模型,通过添加虚拟传感器将键合图模型转换为诊断键合图模型,由虚拟传感器求出残差.然后,通过分析模型中元件的因果关系消除未知变量,从而推导出解析冗余式和故障特征矩阵.针对元件参数的不确定性,提出基于线性分式变换搭建不确定性键合图模型来构造自适应阈值的方法,并在20-sim仿真平台上进行实验.结果表明:该方法可以对异步电机的定子绕组匝间短路故障和转子断条故障进行快速、准确地检测.
The analysis and diagnosis technology of asynchronous motor faults can reduce downtime and maintenance costs.Based on the bond graph theory,a fault diagnosis method combining linear fraction transformation and diagnostic bond graph model is proposed.First,it builds the bond graph model of the asynchronous motor,converts the bond graph model into a diagnostic bond graph model by adding a virtual sensor,and obtains the residual from the virtual sensor.Then,the unknown variables are eliminated by analyzing the causal relationship of the components in the model,and the analytical redundancy and fault feature matrix are derived.Aiming at the uncertainty of component parameters,a method of building an uncertainty bond graph model to construct an adaptive threshold is proposed.Experiments on the 20-sim simulation platform show that the method can quickly and accurately detect the stator winding inter-turn short-circuit fault and the rotor broken bar fault of the asynchronous motor.
