永洋特钢高炉大富氧操作实践研究 被引量:3

摘要 作为碳排放量最大的行业,钢铁工业承担着节能减排的艰巨任务。高富氧率是高炉提产、增效、减排的重要措施。从改善送风制度、优化装料制度和控制炉顶温度等方面,探索分析了大富氧对河北永洋特钢集团有限公司1260 m 3高炉冶炼过程和技术经济指标的影响。实践结果表明,当富氧率为7.4%~7.6%时,各项技术经济指标得到了明显改善,高炉利用系数及煤比、焦比、燃料比分别达到4.02 t(m^(3)·d)及175、310、520 kg t,煤气利用率基本可稳定在45%以上,为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标奠定了坚实基础。 As the industry with the largest carbon emissions,the steel industry is shouldering the arduous task of energy conservation and emission reduction.High oxygen enrichment rate is an important measure to increase production,improve efficiency and reduce emission of blast furnace.In this paper,the effects of oxygen enrichment on the smelting process and technical and economic indexes of 1260 m 3 blast furnace of Yongyang Special Steel are studied from the aspects of improving the air supply system,optimizing the charging system and controlling the furnace top temperature.The results show that when the oxygen enrichment rate is about 7.4%-7.6%,the technical and economic indexes are obviously improved.The utilization coefficient,coal ratio,coke ratio and fuel ratio can reach about 4.02 t(m^(3)·d),175、310、520 kg t,respectively.The utilization ratio of gas can basically be stabilized above 45%.It lays a solid foundation for achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
