摘要
铝熔体纯净化是提高铸锭冶金质量的有效方法。简要说明了铝熔体中的氢含量及氧化夹杂对铝材性能的有害影响,介绍了国内外典型的铝熔体精炼除气装置的净化方法及结构特点。根据目前高端铝材的质量要求和市场需求,提出了铝熔体净化的发展方向。
Pure purification of aluminum melt is an effective method to improve the metallurgical quality of ingot. The harmful effects of hydrogen content in aluminum melt and oxidized inclusion on aluminum properties are briefly described. The purification methods and structural characteristics of typical aluminum melt refining and degassing units at home and abroad are introduced. According to the current quality requirements and market demand of high-end aluminum material, the development direction of aluminum melt purification is put forward.
