摘要
干细胞因其自我更新和多向分化潜能成为肝脏再生领域最具有治疗潜力的热点种子细胞。来源于骨髓、外周血、脂肪和脐带的成体干细胞因其获得的便捷性、分化方向的特定性、以及安全性成为目前用于临床最具代表性的干细胞。本课题组长期从事成体干细胞治疗慢性肝病的基础和临床研究,现就其作用机制、临床应用的疗效和安全性等进行探讨。
Due to self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation potentials,stem cells have become the hottest seed cells in the therapeutic field of liver regeneration.Adult stem cells derived from bone marrow,peripheral blood,fat,and umbilical cord have become the most representative stem cells currently used in clinical practice due to their ease of obtaining,specific differentiation direction,and safety.Our research group has long been engaged in the basic and clinical research of adult stem cells for the treatment of chronic liver disease.Here we discuss the mechanism,efficacy and safety of clinical application of adult stem cells.
