DC Distribution Control Strategy for Aviation Energy Storage System

摘要 为提升航空机载设备传动的效率和稳定性,对航空储能系统中传统双向DC/DC变换器增加辅助二极管,并提出一种自适应前馈滞环滑模变结构控制(Sliding Mode Control,SMC)的放电控制策略。双向半桥式变换器增加辅助二极管以减小系统启动时的涌入电流,快速提高高压侧电压,通过SMC迫使系统趋向预定滑模面运动,快速达到期望平衡点,运用滞环控制函数解决系统高频切换过程中的抖振问题,自适应前馈消除储能系统电压波动带来的频率变化。进行了理论分析和仿真实验,并搭建原理样机进一步验证。仿真结果表明,采用该控制方法控制简单、性能优良、稳定性好,减小了航空储能放电系统启动时的超调量、提高了动态响应速度、增强了鲁棒性。其在航空电力系统及其他电气领域具有较高实用价值和广阔应用前景。 In order to improve the efficiency and stability of the transmission of aviation airborne equipment,auxiliary diodes are added to the traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter in the aviation energy storage system,and an adaptive feedforward hysteresis sliding mode control(SMC)discharge control strategy is proposed.The bi-directional half-bridge converter adds auxiliary diodes to reduce the inrush current when the system starts,and quickly increase the high-voltage side voltage.Through the SMC,the system is forced to move toward the predetermined sliding mode surface,and the desired balance point is quickly reached.The hysteresis control function is used to solve the chattering problem in the high-frequency switching process of the system,and the adaptive feedforward eliminates the frequency change caused by the voltage fluctuation of the energy storage system.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiment were carried out,and the principle prototype was built for further verification.The simulation results showed that the control method was simple to control,excellent in performance,and stable,which reduced the overshoot when the aviation energy storage and discharge system started,and improved the dynamics response speed and enhanced robustness.It has high practical value and broad application prospects in aviation power systems and other electrical fields.
