摘要
冲洗液的应用是地质勘探施工中的重要技术,在开发矿产、能源的过程中,冲洗液具有不可替代的重要作用,同时也是保障钻探安全的关键。钻探质量将对后续的开采作业产生直接影响,尤其是复杂地层地质,钻探难度大,技术要求高,安全隐患多,因此更需要优化钻探技术,慎重选择冲洗液。本文阐述了复杂地层地质钻探施工中对冲洗液的要求、冲洗液的设计方案,并结合实际案例探讨了冲洗液的应用。
The application of flushing fluid is an important technology in geological exploration and construction.In the process of developing minerals and energy,flushing fluid plays an irreplaceable role,and it is also the key to ensure drilling safety.The drilling quality will have a direct impact on the subsequent mining operations,especially the complex formation geology,which is difficult to drill,with high technical requirements and many potential safety hazards.Therefore,it is more necessary to optimize the drilling technology and carefully select the flushing fluid.This paper expounds the requirements of flushing fluid and the design scheme of flushing fluid in the geological drilling construction of complex formation,and discusses the application of flushing fluid with practical cases.
