摘要
采用硬度和电导率测试,扫描电子显微镜观察手段,研究均匀化处理温度对6014铝合金组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着均匀化处理温度的升高,6014合金铸态组织中非平衡相逐渐溶解,针状β-AlFeSi相逐渐向颗粒状α-AlFeSi相发生转变,晶内和晶界黑色颗粒状MgSi相逐渐回溶。随着均匀化处理温度的升高,电导率呈下降趋势。均匀化处理温度越高,合金硬度呈先升高后降低的趋势,均匀化处理温度为560℃时硬度最大,达到71.1HB。
In this paper,the effects of different homogenization temperature on the microstructure and properties of 6014 aluminum alloys are investigated by hardness test,electrical conductivity test and SEM observation.The results show that the non-equilibrium phase in the as cast microstructure of 6014 alloy gradually dissolved and acicular β-AlFeSiphase gradually becomes granular α-AlFeSi phase,and the black granular MgSi phase in the crystal and grain boundary gradually dissolves back with the increase of homogenization temperature.With the increase of homogenization temperature,the conductivity decreased.With the increase of homogenization temperature,the hardness of the alloy increases first and then decreases.When the homogenization temperature is 560℃,the hardness reaches the maximum,reaching 71.1HB.
