摘要
目的:探讨前牙美学区即刻种植修复和延时种植修复对单颗前牙缺失患者的治疗效果。方法:将我院2017年8月至2020年1月期间103例单颗前牙缺失患者随机分组,对照组51例给予美学区延时种植修复,观察组52例给予美学区即刻种植修复,观察两组修复1 y后种植体修复成功率、牙龈乳头指数、种植体周围软组织健康状态、软组织美学效果、不良反应等的差异。结果:修复1 y后,观察组成功率(100.00%)与对照组比较无统计学差异(98.04%)(P>0.05);观察组牙龈乳头指数优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组牙周袋深度、种植体边缘骨吸收水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白色美学评分、红色美学指数评分分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(9.62%)与对照组(11.76%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:前牙美学区即刻种植修复应用于单颗前牙缺失患者种植体修复成功率和不良反应发生率与延时种植修复相当,但即刻种植修复在调节种植体周围软组织健康状态、改善牙龈乳头形态、软组织美学效果方面更佳。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of immediate implant restoration and delayed implant restoration in the anterior aesthetic area for patients with single anterior tooth loss.Methods:From August 2017 to January 2020,103 patients with single anterior tooth loss in our hospital were randomly divided into groups,51 cases in the control group were given delayed implant restoration in the aesthetic area,and 52 cases in the observation group were given immediate implant restoration in the aesthetic area.Differences in implant restoration success rate,gingival papilla index,peri-implant soft tissue health status,soft tissue aesthetic effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 1 year after restoration.Results:After 1 year of repair,there was no statistical difference in success rate between the observation group(100.00%)and the control group(98.04%)(P>0.05);the gingival papilla index in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The depth of the peripheral pocket and the bone resorption level of the implant edge were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the white aesthetic score and the red aesthetic index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(9.62%)had no statistical significance compared with the control group(11.76%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implant restoration in anterior tooth aesthetic area applied to patients with single anterior tooth loss with implant restoration success rate and incidence of adverse reactions are comparable to delayed implant restoration,but immediate implant restoration are better in adjust the health status of the soft tissue around the implant and improve the gingival papilla morphology and soft tissue aesthetics.
