“双碳”目标下电网多能源联合优化调度研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 “双碳”目标之下,随着新能源并网规模的持续增加和占比不断增大,电力系统平衡难度不断加大,如何依托大电网,发挥电网优化资源配置平台优势,科学制定新能源与常规能源的优化调度运行方式成为高占比新能源电网面临的一个艰巨挑战。本文以西北电网为研究对象,分析了影响新能源消纳的主要因素,以新能源消纳最大为目标,构建了水、火、风、光多能源联合优化调度模型,并分别对水电日内调节、跨日调节、火电深度调节以及新能源参与平衡等场景进行了模拟计算和分析比较。应用实践表明,本文构建的多能源联合调度模型科学合理,为新能源占比不断提高的新型电力高多电源联合优化调度提供了理论支撑。 To achieve its carbon peak and neutrality targets,China will increase the installed capacity and proportion of new energy integrated into the power grid,the difficulty of power system balance is increasing.How to give full play to the advantages of the optimized resource allocation platform of the power grid,and scientifically formulate the optimized dispatching and operation mode of new energy and conventional energy has become an arduous challenge for the power grid with a high proportion of new energy.Taking the northwest power grid as an example,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the consumption of new energy.Taking the maximum consumption of new energy as the goal,this paper constructs a multi-energy joint optimal dispatching model.On this basis,we simulate,calculate,analyze and compare the different scenarios such as intraday regulation of hydropower,inter-day regulation,deep regulation of thermal power and the balance of new energy.The application practice shows that the multi-energy joint dispatching model constructed in this paper is scientific and reasonable,and provides theoretical support for the new high-power multi-power joint optimal dispatching with the increasing proportion of new energy.
