摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)是目前发展较快且应用广泛的检测重金属元素的技术之一,在痕量和超痕量重金属检测中表现优异,具备多元素分析快、检出限低、灵敏度高以及线性范围广等优点。基于此,本文对ICPMS测定食品及其包装材料中重金属元素的相关文献进行梳理,探讨ICP-MS法的检测原理以及其在食品包装材料重金属元素测定中的应用现状,旨在总结ICP-MS技术在食品包装材料重金属检测领域的应用价值,为保障食品安全、加强检测技术应用提供一些参考。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is one of the technologies for detecting heavy metals with rapid technical development and wide application at present.It performs well in the detection of trace and ultra-trace heavy metals,and has the advantages of fast multi-element analysis,low detection limit,high sensitivity and wide linear range.Based on this,this paper sorts out the related literatures of ICP-MS determination of heavy metals in food and its packaging materials,and discusses the detection principle and application status of ICPMS in the determination of heavy metals in food packaging materials,aiming at summarizing the application value of ICP-MS in the field of heavy metals detection in food packaging materials,and providing some references for ensuring food safety and strengthening the application of detection technology.
