摘要
江苏智能制造企业存在关键制造基础技术薄弱的问题,本文对江苏省智能制造业企业转型升级的影响因素之间的关系利用层次分析法进行深入梳理研究。依据智能制造转型升级层次分析模型,首先对智能制造企业转型升级影响因素之间的关系进行分析比较;其次构建了主客观指标构成的指标体系,通过层次分析法建立递阶层次结构和判别矩阵,计算得出各项指标的权重,反映出制造业转型升级影响因素对目标层的相关程度,提出提升江苏省智能制造业转型升级能力的对策。
Manufacturing is the foundation of a nation,the source of a nation’s strength,and its importance in creating the gross economic product is irreplaceable.Intelligent manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu province have the problem of weak key manufacturing basic technology.Under the background of intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry in the whole country,the influential factors of intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu Province are systematically studied.Combined with intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing level analysis model,first of all intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the factors which influence,secondly according to the operational principle,the principle of completeness,independence principle,level principle the index system composed of subjective and objective indicators,calculated the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),It reflects the importance of influencing factors of manufacturing transformation and upgrading to the target layer,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the transformation and upgrading ability of Jiangsu intelligent manufacturing industry from four aspects of regional development,enterprise management,innovation environment and innovation factors.
