摘要
对黑龙江省、吉林省、辽宁省的8个农田栽培人参产区42份样品中的人参品质指标和参根矿质元素含量进行测定,并采用典型相关分析方法研究了参根矿质元素含量与人参品质多指标之间的关系。结果表明:不同地区人参样品中矿质元素含量和人参有效成分含量有较大差异;人参多糖含量随着参根矿质元素铜、锰、氮含量的升高,呈上升趋势,随着锌、铁、钾含量的升高,呈下降趋势;参根矿质元素氮、磷、铁与人参总皂苷和单体皂苷Rg1含量呈正相关,人参氨基酸与单体皂苷Rb1含量随着参根矿质元素钾、镁、铝和锌的升高呈上升趋势。建议通过外源施入矿质元素的栽培措施提高人参品质。
The quality indexes and content of ginseng root mineral elements in 42 samples from 8cultivated ginseng producing areas in Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces were determined,and the relationship between the content of mineral elements and the quality of ginseng was studied by canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that the contents of mineral elements and active constituents of ginseng were different in different areas.The content of ginseng polysaccharide increased with the increase of copper,manganese and nitrogen,and decreased with the increase of zinc,iron and potassium.The contents of mineral elements nitrogen,phosphorus and iron in ginseng root were positively correlated with the contents of total ginsenoside and ginsenoside Rg1.The contents of ginsenoside amino acids and ginsenoside Rb1increased with the increase of mineral elements potassium,magnesium,aluminum and zinc in ginseng root.It is suggested to improve the quality of ginseng through exogenous application of mineral elements.
