摘要
抗菌肽是体内器官被多种病原体感染后率先发挥作用的免疫途径之一。大多数抗菌肽表现出广谱的抗菌活性,最近的一些研究已经开始阐明抗菌肽的抗病毒特性、以及在抗菌肽在炎性反应中的调节作用和趋化作用,如抗菌肽LL-37、防御素、乳铁蛋白等。论文基于近年来有关抗菌肽抗病毒病原体的研究资料,重点阐述了不同类别的抗菌肽的功效和作用机制,提供了抗菌肽成为新型抗病毒药物的潜在应用和治疗策略,为抗菌肽成为对抗新出现的传染性病毒的潜在药物提供理论依据。
Antimicrobial peptides are one of the first immune pathways to play a role in the infection of various pathogens.Most antimicrobial peptides show a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity.Recent studies have begun to clarify the antiviral properties of antimicrobial peptides,as well as the regulatory and chemotactic effects of antimicrobial peptides in the inflammatory response,such as antimicrobial peptide LL-37,defensin,lactoferrin,etc.This paper based on the information about the research of antibacterial peptide antiviral pathogens in recent years,expounds the different categories of efficacy and mechanism of action of antimicrobial peptides,provides the potential application of antimicrobial peptides as new antiviral drugs and treatment strategies,for providing theoretical basis in the antimicrobial peptides as potential drugs against the emergence of new infectious virus pathogens.
