齿轮轴开裂原因分析

摘要 17CrNiMo6钢齿轮轴,经过正火、渗碳、淬火、冷处理和低温回火处理,在磨齿后发现齿根有网状裂纹。为搞清楚齿轮轴开裂的原因,对其进行了化学分析、金相检验及硬度测试。结果表明:齿轮轴回火不充分,加之磨削工艺不当而发生烧伤,导致齿根开裂。 A gear shaft, which was made from 17 CrNiMo6 steel and carburized, hardened, cold treated and low-temperature tempered, was found to exhibit exhibited resillage in its dedendum. In order to identify the causes, the gear shaft was tested for chemical composition, microstructure and hardness. The results showed that the gear shaft did not be insufficiently tempered, and was burned due to the fault in the grinding process, thus resulting in its dedendum cracking.
