摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的效果。方法选枣庄市峄城区中医院120例脑梗死患者随机分组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组增加中药汤剂补阳还五汤治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组的高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组,医疗花费情况观察组较对照组更低,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组、Barthel指数显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为76.67%(46/60),显著高于对照组的55.00%(33/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现不良反应。结论采用中西医结合治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的效果较好。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction in Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The high and low shear reduction viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the medical expenses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and Barthel index was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 76.67%(46/60),which was significantly higher than 55.00%(33/60)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction has better effect.
