摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)和情境模拟教学法结合循证医学理念的联合教学模式在骨科临床带教中的应用价值。方法将87名在我院骨科轮转的住院医师随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=42),分别采用PBL和情境模拟教学法配合循证医学理念的教学模式和传统教学方法,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果研究组基础理论知识成绩和临床实践能力成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在增强自主学习能力、提高骨科临床实践能力、提高学习效率、提高分析解决问题的能力、提高文献检索的能力、提高获取信息的能力、提升临床诊治思维能力以及加强团队合作能力方面认可度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生教学总满意度(100%)显著高于对照组(76.2%)(P<0.01)。结论PBL和情境模拟教学结合循证医学理念的联合教学模式应用于骨科临床带教中效果显著,可提高学生的综合素质。
Objective To explore the application value of problem based learning(PBL)and situational simulation teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine concept in clinical teaching of orthopedics.Methods A total of 87 orthopedics residents in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=42).PBL and situational simulation teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine concept teaching mode and traditional teaching method were used respectively,and the teaching effects of the two methods were compared.Results The results of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The research group was higher than the control group in terms of enhancing autonomous learning ability,improving orthopedic clinical practice ability,improving learning efficiency,improving the ability of analyzing and solving problems,improving the ability of literature retrieval,improving the ability of acquiring information,improving the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking and strengthening the ability of teamwork(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.2%)(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PBL and situational simulation teaching combined with evidence-based medicine concept has a significant effect in clinical teaching of orthopedic department,which can improve the comprehensive quality of students.
