摘要
颈性眩晕是临床上一种常见疾病,多发于中老年人。近几年随着手机等电子产品的广泛应用,颈性眩晕的发病率明显升高且发病年龄呈年轻化。颈性眩晕的发病机制存在多种学说,诊断方法目前也无明确标准,国内外学者对颈性眩晕的治疗持不同看法。本文通过搜集颈性眩晕相关文献,对其发病机制、诊断方法、治疗方法进行阐述。
Cervical vertigo is a common clinical disease,which mostly occurs in the middle-aged and the old.In recent years,with the wide application of mobile phones and other electronic products,the incidence rate of cervical vertigo has significantly increased and the age of onset was younger.There are many theories about the pathogenesis of cervical vertigo,and there is no clear standard for its diagnostic methods.Scholars at home and abroad hold different views on the treatment of cervical vertigo.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo by collecting the relevant literature.
