摘要
内缘条是火箭壳段内部结构件,连接不同的火箭零件,起承上启下的作用,该产品在立边铣削过程中出现尺寸精度不稳定、效率低的问题;通过设计一套具有限位、定位功能并集合机床的主轴旋转运动的方案,使产品立边高度尺寸一次加工成型。有效解决内缘条铣切过程中超差的问题,降低操作人员的劳动强度,效率提升40倍。该产品快速切削的加工方案已应用到实际生产中。
The inner edge strip is the internal structural part of the rocket shell segment, connecting different rocket parts.The product has the problems of unstable dimensional accuracy and low efficiency during vertical edge milling. By designing a set of limits, positioning and integrating the rotation motion of the main shaft of the machine tool, the product vertical edge height dimension can be processed and formed at one time. This can effectively solve the problem of out-oftolerance in the inner edge strip milling process, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, and increase the efficiency by40 times. A processing plan for rapid cutting of the product is formed and applied to actual production.
