摘要
本文主要论述基于Excel表格的客服工单监控方法,通过简单的公式设计,可以在不对现有系统进行改造的情况下,简便、灵活、直观地实现对停电事件和客服工单进行监控,提高服务调度班组的工作效率,及时处置相关诉求,避免相关客户诉求的扩大和升级。
The customer service ticket monitoring method based on Excel table discussed in this article,through simple formula design,can easily,flexibly and intuitively monitor power outages and customer service tickets without transforming the existing system,improve the work efficiency of the service dispatch team,deal with relevant demands in a timely manner,and avoid the expansion and upgrading of relevant customer demands.
