摘要
针对户外一线工作者寻求解放双手、高效运维作业的需求,以配电房运维业务为基础,以混合现实技术为核心,围绕配电房业务中的3种工种,设计具有“巡检、检修、辅助安装”3种可视化功能的运检系统。将混合现实、人工智能和头戴式设备等新技术与实际运维要求相结合,基于Unity3D开发适用电力行业一线工作者轻装作业、规范操作的运维模式。这项设计能够帮助技术人员更好地观察和检测配电房电力设备缺陷,建立一套完整优化的运维数据管理系统。
In response to the needs of outdoor front-line workers seeking to free their hands and efficient operation and maintenance operations,a system is designed based on the operation and maintenance business of the power distribution room.It is with mixed reality technology as the core,and based on three types of work.The system has three visual functions of"patrol inspection,maintenance,and auxiliary installation",combines new technologies such as mixed reality,artificial intelligence and head-mounted devices with actual operation and maintenance requirements,and is developed based on Unity3D for light-installation operations for front-line workers in the power industry.Standardized operation and maintenance mode are adopted to help technicians better observe and detect defects in power equipment in the power distribution room,and establish a complete and optimized operation and maintenance data management system.
