摘要
习近平总书记高度概括“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医者精神,赋予新时代医者精神新内涵。医学院校培养医学生医者精神是新时代医学教育落实立德树人、培养德才兼备医学人才和落实医学类课程思政的体现。在新冠疫情背景下,以教学目标、教学内容和教学模式为改革突破口,探索构建以医者精神为价值指引的医学伦理学课程思政建设,培养适应我国卫生事业发展的德才兼备医学人才。
General Secretary Xi Jinping highly summarized the spirit of"respect for life,heal the wounded and rescue the dying,willing to sacrifice,love boundless",endowing the new connotation of the spirit of doctors in the new era.The cultivation of medical spirit in medical colleges and universities is the embodiment of the implementation of medical education in the new era of moral cultivation,training of medical talents with both moral ability and political ideology.Under the background of the epidemic situation in COVID-19,taking the teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching modes as the breakthrough,this paper explores the ideological and political construction of medical ethics courses guided by the spirit of doctors,and trains medical talents with both ability and political integrity to adapt to the development of China's health undertakings.
