摘要
从分析大型商业综合体消防安全风险入手,归纳总结大型商业综合体消防安全管理中存在的共性问题,提出利用融合物联网、大数据技术的火灾风险动态评估方法,通过合理设定静态指标和动态指标、强化大型商业综合体火灾风险动态评估、准确运用火灾风险动态评估结果,构建大型商业综合体火灾风险动态评估智慧消防系统,加快出台该系统行业标准,提升大型商业综合体消防安全水平。
Based on the analysis of the fire safety risk characteristics of large-scale commercial complexes,this paper summarizes the common problems existing in the fire safety management of large-scale complexes,puts forward a dynamic assessment method with the integration of internet of things and big data technology and with reasonable static and dynamic indexes to accurately applying assessment results to construct an intelligent fire protection system,and issue industry standards for such system,so as to improve the fire safety level of large commercial complexes.
