摘要
本科人才的培养质量关系到我国人才整体的培养质量。在推进本科人才培养质量的过程中,金课建设以明确的质量意涵成为人才培养的质量标杆,主要在教学目标、教学内容设计、教学方式等方面提出了更高的要求。“西方行政学说史”是一门系统梳理西方行政学发展历程的理论性课程,对标金课建设的质量要求,该门课程在教学目标、“两性一度”的教学要求、“学生为中心”的教学理念等方面仍存在着一定偏差。为此,需要进一步在细化课程教学目标、优化课程内容体系、加强教学方式改革、构建“以学生为中心”的多维度整合课程体系等方面对课程进行优化和创新,提高教学质量。
The cultivation quality of undergraduate talents is related to the overall cultivation quality of talents in China.In the process of promoting the quality of undergraduate talent training,the construction of top-notch course has become the quality benchmark of talent training with its clear quality implication,and has put forward higher requirements in teaching objectives,teaching content design and teaching methods.The History of Western Administration Theory is a theoretical course that systematically reviews the development of western administration science.There are still some deviations in the teaching objectives,the teaching requirements of"advancedness,innovativeness and challenge"and the teaching concept of"student-centered".Therefore,it is necessary to further refine the teaching objectives,update the teaching ideas,improve the teaching content design and other aspects of optimization and innovation,to improve the quality of teaching.
