摘要
1921年,青年团在经历短暂停滞后,于1922年上半年迅速得到了恢复、整顿和发展。其中,中国共产党的建立和领导起到了关键作用,是青年团组织蓬勃健康发展的根本保证。青年团的政治主张受到青年认可,团员发展方式立足于青年生产生活实际。团的首部正式纲领和正式章程颁布,为青年团工作构筑起四梁八柱。与此同时,中国社会主义青年团中央局机关发挥了重要作用。《先驱》机关报积极传播马克思主义理想信念、呼吁革命运动。以史为鉴,新时代上海团组织建设要坚持党的领导,领会和遵守团章,高度重视团的宣传工作。
After a short period of stagnation in 1921,the Youth League was rapidly restored,reorganized and developed in the first half of 1922.During these periods,the establishment and leadership of the Communist Party of China played a key role,which was the fundamental guarantee for the vigorous and healthy development of the Youth League Organization.The political views of the Youth League were recognized by the youth,and the development of the Youth League members was based on the reality of their production and own life.The fi rst offi cial programme and constitution of the Youth League were promulgated,laying the foundation for the work of the Youth League.During the period,the Central Bureau of the Chinese Socialist Youth League played an important role.The Pioneer actively spread Marxist ideals and beliefs,and called for revolutionary movements with full of emotion and enthusiasm,quickly seizing the attention of the group of youth.Taking history as a mirror,the construction of the organizations of Shanghai League in the new era should adhere to the leadership of the Party,and comprehend and abide by League Constitution,and attach great importance to the propaganda work of the League.
