杨木水热处理过程中半纤维素和木质素的溶出以及比表面积及孔隙结构的变化 被引量:1

摘要 以杨木为原料,在温度180~200℃的高温条件下进行5~10 min的水热处理,探讨不同条件和不同处理次数对木质素和聚木糖溶出的影响以及水热处理前后杨木微观孔隙结构的变化。结果表明,提高温度能够显著强化聚木糖和木质素的溶出,聚木糖组分的残留率从180℃的74.5%降低至200℃的38.2%,木质素的残留率从180℃的91.7%降低至200℃的73.9%。多次水热处理能够进一步脱除聚木糖和木质素。水热处理后杨木的孔径、比孔容积和比表面积显著增加,平均孔径由未处理的19.03增加至200℃处理后的40.80,BJH比孔容积增加6倍以上,BET比表面积由未处理的2.67 m^(2)/g增加至200℃处理后的9.54 m^(2)/g。杨木水热处理后孔隙结构的变化使其具有制备碳吸附材料和催化载体材料的应用价值。 In this study,hydrothermal treatment of poplar wood was conducted at 180~200℃for 5~10 min to investigate the effects of conditions and treatment times on the dissolution of lignin and xylan,as well as the changes of micropore structure.The results showed that the dissolution of xylan and lignin was significantly enhanced by increasing the temperature.The retention percentage(RP)of xylan decreased from 74.5%at 180℃to 38.2%at 200℃,and the PR of lignin decreased from 91.7%at 180℃to 73.9%at 200℃.Multiple hydrothermal treatment could further remove xylan and lignin,respectively.The average pore size,specific pore volume and specific surface area of poplar wood were increased significantly after hydrothermal treatment.The average pore size increased from 19.03 to 40.80 after hydrothermal treatment at 200℃,and the BJH specific pore volume increased by more than 6 times.BET specific surface area increased from^(2).67 m^(2)/g to 9.54 m^(2)/g.The change of pore structure of poplar wood after ST treatment makes it valuable for fabricate carbon adsorption material and catalytic carrier material.
