摘要
目的建立脑灵素制剂中人参掺伪检测方法。方法高效液相色谱法-串联电喷雾三重四级杆质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS),采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速为0.35 mL·min^(-1);柱温为40℃,进样量为5μL,多反应监测(MRM)模式。结果66批脑灵素制剂样品中,有36批样品检出拟人参皂苷F_(11)成分,检出率为54.5%。结论脑灵素制剂中存在人参掺伪使用的现象,本方法准确可靠,可为脑灵素制剂中人参质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of adulterated Ginseng Radix ET Rhizoma in Naolingsu preparations.Methods An HPLC-MS/MS in MRM mode was adopted.The Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18) column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)was used with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.35 mL·min^(-1),the columm temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume was 5μL.Results In the 66 batches of samples of Naolingsu preparations 36 batches of samples were adulterated with Panacis Quinquefolii Radix,the detectable rate was 54.4%.Conclusion There were adulterated Ginseng Radix ET Rhizoma in Naolingsu preparations.The method was accurate and reliable,which can provide reference for the quality control of Ginseng Radix ET Rhizoma in Naolingsu preparations.
