摘要
目的通过分析高温高湿下洪涝医学救援难点,提出救援对策,为有效处置洪涝灾害医疗救援任务提供借鉴。方法通过回顾2016年安徽抗洪抢险医学救援主要表现,分析存在难点。结果针对医学救援难点,在预警研判、健康宣教、卫生防病、模块化药材保障模式、军地联合医疗救援等方面提出科学对策。结论通过高温高湿环境下洪涝灾害医疗救援难点与对策研究,为医疗救援队应急处置提供参考。
Objective Through analyzing the difficulties of medical rescue in high temperature and high humidity,and putting forward the rescue countermeasures,which can be used for reference in dealing with flood disaster effectively.Methods The main manifestations of medical rescue in 2016 were reviewed and the difficulties were analyzed.Re⁃sults In view of the difficulties of medical rescue,scientific countermeasures were put forward in the aspects of early warning,health education,health prevention and disease prevention,modularized medical material support mode and military-civilian joint medical rescue.Conclusion Through the study on the difficulties and countermeasures of medi-cal rescue for flood in high temperature and high humidity environment,it can provide reference for medical rescue team to deal with emergency.
