摘要 细菌耐药性问题逐渐成为临床治疗和防控感染性疾病的重大挑战。本文结合美国、欧洲及我国的药敏试验相关标准,对目前临床主要细菌耐药表型的分子机制、检测方法及结果解读进行介绍。了解临床重要细菌耐药表型的分子机制,有助于更好地开展药物敏感性检测,快速、准确地发布临床报告。 Antibiotic resistance has gradually become a major challenge for clinical treatment and prevention and control of infectious diseases.Based on the relevant standards of drug susceptibility test in the United States,Europe and China,this paper introduces the molecular mechanism,detection methods and interpretation of the results of drug resistance phenotypes of major clinical bacteria.Understanding the molecular mechanism of drug resistance phenotype of clinically important bacteria is helpful for better drug sensitivity detection,and rapid and accurate release of clinical reports.
