沥青混合料用融冰雪盐化物材料评价指标研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了优化沥青混合料用融冰雪盐化物材料评价指标,完善其评价体系,选择5种不同的盐化物材料,对比盐化物的材料性能、融冰雪性能评价指标对沥青混合料性能的影响。提出了沥青混合料用融冰雪盐化物材料性能指标优化建议:(1)采用权衡因子Q来修正非氯离子类盐化物的有效成份性能评价指标,提出有效阴离子含量替代氯离子含量作为融冰雪材料性能评价指标,可以评价氯离子类和非氯离子醋酸类融冰雪材料,适用范围更广,更具普适性。对于非氯离子醋酸类材料,Q=0.72。(2)考虑到溶液酸碱性对碳钢类材料的腐蚀速度影响,当溶液的pH值太大或者太小时,碳钢腐蚀缓慢,另外,根据实际施工中碳钢腐蚀率指标对环境的微弱影响,建议取消碳钢腐蚀率指标。(3)冰的初始质量对融冰率有重要影响,为了更好地适应目前材料开发现状和工程应用实际,建议采用20 g冰块作为研究对象计算冰块的融冰率,融冰率范围不小于20%。(4)将冰点指标进行分级可以更好地适用于我国南方和北方不同的气候条件。考虑到我国南北方冬天气候的巨大差异性,建议将冰点指标分成两个等级:南方为-5℃~-15℃,北方为≤-15℃。 In order to optimize the evaluation indicators of the snow-melting salinization-based materials used in asphalt mixture and improve its evaluation system, selecting 5 salinization-based materials, the influences of the material performance and the anti-icing performance evaluation indicators of these salinization-based materials on the performance of asphalt mixture are studied. The suggestions for optimizing the performance indicators of the snow-melting salinization-based materials for asphalt mixture are put forward:(1) The weighting factor Q is used to correct the performance evaluation indicator of the effective component of non-chloride salinization-based material. The effective anion content is proposed to replace the chloride ion content as an indicator for evaluating the performance of snow-melting materials, which has a wider application range and is more universal. For the non-chloride acetic acid materials, Q=0.72.(2) Considering the influence of the acidity and alkalinity of the solution on the corrosion rate of carbon steel, when the pH value of the solution is too large or too small, the corrosion of carbon steel will be slow. In addition, according to the slight influence of the carbon steel corrosion rate on the environment in actual construction, it is recommended to cancel the indicator of carbon steel corrosion rate.(3) The initial mass of ice has an important influence on the ice melting rate. In order to better adapt to the current material development status and practical engineering applications, it is recommended to use 20 g ice cubes as the research object to calculate the ice melting rate, whose range should be not less than 20%.(4) The classification of freezing points can be better applied to the different climatic conditions in southern and northern China. Considering the huge difference in winter climate between the northern and southern regions, it is recommended to divide the freezing points into 2 levels:-5 ℃-15 ℃ for southern China, and ≤-15 ℃ for northern China.
