摘要
重睑成形术是亚洲较为常见的美容外科手术,手术方法主要分切开法与非切开法。切开法重睑成形术中传统的上睑全长切口可带来术后瘢痕明显、恢复期较长等问题,故许多整形外科医师对切口进行了改良。该文综述了重睑成形术不同的切口设计及在临床的应用进展。
There is no doubt that double-eyelid blepharoplasty is one of the most common cosmetic surgery in Asia.Its purpose is to form a natural and beautiful double eyelid appearance on patients’upper eyelids through this operation.The current surgical method of double blepharoplasty are mainly divided into incision and non-incision techniques.However,the full-incision choice in the traditional full-incision method brings complications that patients are unwilling to accept,such as postoperative scars and a long recovery period.In order to reduce the rate of complications,many plastic surgeons choose to modify the incision.The development and progress of diverse modified techniques are reviewed.
