摘要
目的:观察活血止痛汤对闭合性四肢骨折肢体肿胀、疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年11月柘城县人民医院治疗的闭合性骨折肢体肿胀、疼痛患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医消肿止痛药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予活血止痛汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、临床指标及治疗前后疼痛肿胀程度、血清炎症因子表达水平等。结果:观察组有效率为98.0%,对照组有效率为84.0%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间、骨痂生长时间、住院时间等临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后疼痛、肿胀程度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组肿胀改善有效率为80.0%,张力性水泡发生率为20.0%,观察组肿胀改善有效率为96.0%,张力性水泡发生率为4.0%,且观察组肿胀改善有效率高于对照组,张力性水泡发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛汤可明显减轻闭合性骨折患者患部肿胀、疼痛程度,其作用机制可能与对血清炎症因子表达水平的调整有关。
Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Pain on limb swelling and pain of closed fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with limb swelling and pain of closed fracture treated in Zhecheng County People's Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine for removing swelling and relieving pain,while the observation group was treated with Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Pain on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexess,the degree of pain and swelling and the expres-sion level of serum inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,which was higher than that of the control group:84.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indexes such as pain relief time,swelling relief time,callus growth time and hospitalization time in the observa-tion group were better than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain and swelling scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of swelling improvement in the control group was 80.0%,and the incidence of tension blisters was 20.0%.The effective rate of swelling improvement in the observation group was 96.0%,and the incidence of tension blisters was 4.0%.The effective rate of swelling improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of tension blisters was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleu-kin-6,C-react
