铜绿假单胞菌弹性蛋白酶LasB作用机制及其抑制剂的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(PA)广泛存在于自然界中,且易产生抗菌药物耐药性,致病性强,致死率高,其临床感染的管理和治疗存在极大的困难。弹性蛋白酶LasB是PA分泌的最丰富的蛋白酶,被认为是造成PA强致病性的毒力因子之一,具有造成宿主组织损伤、炎症反应、颠覆宿主免疫防御并建立持久定植的能力。本文就LasB的生物学特性和致病机制进行阐述,并对LasB及其抑制剂的研究近况展开综述,以期为PA临床治疗提供思路和方法。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) has been found widely in nature widely and is easy to generate antibiotic resistance. Due to its strong pathogenicity and high mortality, the clinical management and treatment of PA infection are extremely difficult. Elastase LasB is the most abundant protease secreted by PA and it is considered to be one of the most pathogenic virulence factor. LasB has the ability to cause tissue damage, promote inflammatory responses, simultaneously destory the immune defenses of host in order to establish persistent colonization. In this review, the biological characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms of LasB were described, and the recent research progress of LasB and its inhibitors were summarized, aimed to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of PA.
