摘要
研究室是院所治理的基础单元。文章以浙江省农业科学院为例,从加强研究室内部制度建设的角度,分析了研究室管理中存在的问题,对建立研究室内部制度体系进行了创新探索,包括建立研究室重要事项决定制度、定期例会制度、计划管理制度、分配制度、日常管理制度等,并提出了制度体系建设中应当坚持的三点原则,以期有效推进科研院所治理现代化。
Research offices are the foundation of the governance of science research institutions. Taking Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an example, analyzes the problems existing in the management of research offices were analyzed from aspect of strengthen internal institutional arrangements of research offices. A set of internal institution system was constructed, such as constructing important matters deciding system, regular meeting system, project management system, distribution system, daily management system of research offices and so on. Three principles in the process of building systems were also put forward in order to improving modern governance of science research institutions effectively.
