摘要 在过往的水闸运行管理过程中,由于经费及设备的限制,水闸的监测及调度大多依靠人工来完成。但人工操作相对来说存在较大的主观因素和误差,往往会在水闸调度和记录过程中出现偏差。而在当下水利现代化和智慧化的大趋势下,管理者对于水利设施运行中的监测、记录、调度、响应以及日常管理要求越来越高。因此,作者引入在其他领域和工程中已存成功案例的SCADA系统,阐述其在水闸的联合调度及运行管理中的应用前景,为建设智慧水利提供新思路。 Due to the limitation of the construction cost and the equipment, the monitoring and dispatching mostly rely on manual to complete in the past sluice operation management process. However, there are relatively large subjective factors and errors in manual operation, of which can lead a lot of deviations in the process of the sluice dispatching and recording.Under the current trend of hydrailic engineering modernization and wisdom, managers have higher and higher requirements for the monitoring, recording, dispatching, response and daily management in the operation of water conservancy facilities.Therefore, the author introduces the SCADA system which has been successfully used in other fields and projects, expounds its application prospect in the joint dispatching and operation management of the sluice gate, and provides a new idea for the construction of intelligent hydrailic engineering.
