摘要
站房工程投资控制是铁路建设项目投资控制的重要一环,本文针对目前站房投资控制的薄弱环节,全面梳理影响站房投资控制的主要因素,并从宏观视角多维度挖掘薄弱环节产生的深层次原因,在此基础上提出改进投资控制现状的关键策略,研究可为铁路站房投资控制管理提供一定的参考。
Station building project investment control is an important part of railway construction project investment control. This paper aiming at the weaknesses of the current station house investment control, summarizes comprehensively the main factors of affecting railway station building investment control, and dimensional digs out the deep reason of weaknesses from the macro perspective. Based on this, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies to improve the investment control situation, which can provide some references for railway station building investment control and management.
