摘要
针对沿空留巷中围岩变化量较大,采用普通金属支架难以完成支护任务的问题,通过分析锚杆预应力和预应扭矩的相互关系,提出了沿空留巷的顶板锚杆支护技术的研究方法,并且选取合适的锚杆参数进行实际应用。结果表明,巷道的顶板位移量为130 mm,底板位移量为161 mm,两帮的位移量为158 mm,提升了沿空留巷的安全性,减少了支护成本,提高了煤矿开采效率。
In view of the problems the amount of change in the surrounding rock is large, and it is difficult to complete the support task with ordinary metal brackets for coal mining, the research method of the top plate anchor support technology of the roof stay lane was proposed by analyzing the mutual relationship between the anchor pre-stress and the pre-stressing torque, and suitable anchor parameters were selected and applied. The results show that the displacement of the top slab is 130 mm, the displacement of the bottom slab is 161mm, and the displacement of the two gangs is 158 mm.
