摘要
目的探讨化癥汤联合米索前列醇治疗妊娠中期人工流产后胎盘残留的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月收治的80例妊娠中期引产后存在胎盘残留患者,按照平行对照法将其分为研究组(40例,化癥汤联合米索前列醇治疗)与对照组(40例,米索前列醇治疗)。对比2组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组胎盘排出时间、症状改善时间、月经恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组、对照组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化癥汤联合米索前列醇治疗妊娠中期人工流产后胎盘残留效果确切,可加速残留胎盘排出,可作为安全有效的方案推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of Huazheng decoction combined with misoprostol in the treatment of placenta residue after the second trimester of artificial abortion.Methods 80 patients from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into study group(40,Huazheng decoction combined with misoprostol therapy)and control group(40,mitoprostol therapy).The therapeutic effect and adverse effect was compared between the two groups.Results The placental discharge time,symptom improvement time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group and the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there had no significant incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huazheng decoction combined with misoprostol for the exact residual effect of placenta after second-pregnancy abortion can accelerate residual placenta discharge and can be promoted as a safe and effective scheme.
