摘要
目的评价3D可视化手术系统在白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中的应用。方法回顾性病例对照研究。分析福州眼科医院2021年1月至2021年9月177例(177眼)白内障行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床资料。将患者分成两组,其中83例术中应用3D可视化手术系统,为3D组;94例术中应用传统手术显微镜,为显微镜组。以照度计测量两组患者承受的实际光照度,比较两组的手术时长及患者术中的畏光情况。结果3D组手术使用的光源强度为(7.88±1.01)×10%,低于显微镜组的(9.87±0.27)×10%(t=-10.52,P<0.001);3D组术中光照度为(5450.72±597.57)lux,低于显微镜组的(45416.91±1057.38)lux(t=-11.47,P<0.001)。结论3D可视化手术系统可以减少超声乳化术中所需光源强度,有助于降低视网膜光毒反应。
Objective To evalute the application of 3D digital visualization system in cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods This was a retrospective case control study.The clinical data of 177 eyes of 177 cases with cataract who received phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from Jan.2021 to Sep.2021 in Fuzhou Eye Hospital were analyzed.These patients were divided into two groups.In the 3D group,83 patients received operation by 3D digital visualization system.In the microscope group,94 patients received operation under operating standard microscope.The actual illuminance of the two groups were measured by illuminance meter during the surgery.The operation duration and photophobia between the two groups were compared.Results The intensity of light source used in the 3D group was(7.88±1.01)×10%,which was lower than the(9.87±0.27)×10%in the microscope group(t=-10.52,P<0.001).The actual illuminance in the 3D group was(5450.72±597.57)lux,which was lower than the(45416.91±1057.38)lux in the microscope group(t=-11.47,P<0.001).Conclusion 3D digital visualization system can reduce the light source intensity required for phacoemulsification and help to reduce retinal phototoxicity.
