摘要
根据矿山装备数字化运维的需求,对矿山开采过程中的数据资源进行了分析。通过指出矿山设备数字化运维存在的挑战,从数字孪生、云计算和机器学习三大技术入手,提出了一种基于物联网的矿山设备数字化运维 4 层体系架构,揭示了矿山装备数字化运维逻辑,并给出了相应的应用场景,包括矿山场景的三维重建、设备的协同调度、智能化的装备故障诊断和装备的预测性维护。该架构能够满足矿山产业装备运维数字化发展的需求,为矿山产业的绿色智能发展提供了参考。
According to the needs of digital operation and maintenance of mining equipments,the data resources in the mining process were analyzed.After pointing out the challenges in the digital operation and maintenance of mining equipments,a kind of system with four-layer architecture for the digital operation and maintenance of mining equipments based on internet of things was proposed from the three technologies of digital twin,cloud computing and machine learning.The logic of the digital operation and maintenance of mining equipments was revealed,and the corresponding application scenarios were offered involving 3D reconstruction of mine scenes,coordinated scheduling of equipments,intelligent fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of equipments.The architecture could meet the development needs of the digital operation and maintenance of mining equipments,and provide reference for green and intelligent development of the mining industry.
