电力线缆折弯机构的线缆弯曲过程有限元仿真与实验 被引量:1

Finite Element Simulation and Experimental Study on Cable Bending Process Of Power Cable Bending Mechanism

摘要 针对现有线缆折弯机构通用性差,机械化程度低等问题,运用有限元分析方法对一种电力线缆弯曲过程进行仿真模拟与分析,实现对线缆折弯效果的有效模拟和准确预测,为自动化线缆折弯提供指导。采用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件的瞬时动力学分析模块,建立6组不同内外径尺寸的三维线缆模型并施加弯矩载荷,模拟不同内外径线缆两端在加载不同载荷下的弯曲过程,重点研究线缆在此过程中产生的折弯力变化规律。通过实验测得折弯力数值,并与有限元模拟结果对比,验证线缆折弯有限元模型的准确性。结果表明两者数值误差较小,证明线缆折弯有限元模型准确性较高。分析模拟结果可知,线缆的线径尺寸和折弯机构圆心距对折弯力的影响较大,而折弯机构的旋转速度对折弯力几乎没有影响。线径越大的线缆在圆心距越小的折弯机床中产生的折弯力越大,且变化趋势为非线性变化。研究结果为有效提高线缆折弯机构的折弯质量及后期优化设计提供参考。 In this paper,the cable bending process is simulated using finite element analysis to realize the effective simulation and accurate prediction of the cable bending to provide guidance for the automatic cable bending and improve the poor robustness and low mechanization of existing cable bending mechanisms.The instantaneous dynamic analysis module of ANSYS WORKBENCH software is used to establish six groups of three-dimensional cable models with different internal and external diameters to simulate the bending process of the cable under various loads.The influence of the above variables on the bending force generated by the cable in this process is studied.The bending force is measured by experiment and compared with the finite element simulation results to verify the accuracy of the cable bending finite element model.The results show that the error between the simulation and experiment is small,which proves that the cable bending finite element model is accurate.The simulation results show that the cable diameter and the center distance of the bending mechanism have significant influence on the bending force,while the rotational speed of the bending mechanism has little influence on the bending force.A cable with a larger diameter in a bending machine with a smaller center distance is found to generate a larger bending force,with a nonlinear relation.The research results provide reference for effective improvement on the bending quality of the cable bending mechanism and optimization design.
