摘要
以丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)为基体,制备了120℃水环境下可溶解ACM材料,并考察了硫化体系、炭黑种类和碱性填料对其力学性能和溶解性能的影响。结果表明,在碱性环境中ACM生胶易水解;炭黑N220对ACM的补强效果最佳,但炭黑种类和用量对其在水中的溶解影响不大;加入碱性填料后,ACM力学性能变差,当加入碳酸钠用量为10份时,ACM吸水溶解橡胶具有较好的溶解性能和力学性能,综合性能最佳。
Soluble rubber material in 120℃ water environment with acrylate rubber(ACM) as matrix was prepared,and the effects of vulcanization system,contents of carbon black and alkaline filler on mechanical properties and dissolution behavior of ACM in water were investigated.The results showed that ACM raw rubber was easier to hydrolyze in alkaline environment,and carbon black N220 had the best reinforcing effect on ACM.The type and amount of carbon black had little effect on the dissolution of ACM in water.The addition of alkaline filler would make the mechanical properties of acrylate rubber worse.When sodium carbonate was 10 phr,ACM water-absorbing dissolved rubber had good solubility and mechanical properties,and the comprehensive performance was the best.
