摘要
本文主要分析了低碳经济形势对房地产行业的影响、低碳经济对房地产经济管理产生影响的原因以及房地产经济管理过程中存在的问题,并制定了低碳经济形势下加强房地产经济管理的措施,旨在提升低碳经济形势下房地产经济管理水平,推动房地产行业的转型发展,以期为同行提供借鉴。
This paper mainly analyzes the influence of low-carbon economy on the real estate industry,the reasons for the influence of low-carbon economy on the real estate economic management, and the problems existing in the process of real estate economic management, and formulates the measures to strengthen the real estate economic management under the situation of low-carbon economy, aiming at improving the level of real estate economic management under the low-carbon economy situation and promoting the transformation and development of the real estate industry, so as to provide reference for peers.
